The artifact is in the form of a mineral-like substance in the lithosphere of the planet Beelzebub. The substance contains a quasi-stable power source that can be used as a very destructive weapon. So far, research has proven unsuccessful in finding a way of replicating this 'mineral' or determining exactly where it draws its power from.
