Economic/academic/cultural Free Zone and independent polity built on a mobile artificial island in the Caribbean sea, Old Earth.
Atlantis was a tax and datahaven during the middle and late Information and early Interplanetary Age, and slowly grew in size over time, so that eventually it became almost completely immobile.
